Marketing & Digital Communications Manager
Part-Time | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
2026 is an exciting year of development for We Get It, and we’re looking for a Marketing & Digital Communications Manager to help us grow with purpose.
This role is central to how we communicate our work, connect with our community, and reach people who need support. You’ll lead and manage our marketing, communications, and digital presence — ensuring our voice is clear, compassionate, and impactful.
About the Role
As Marketing & Digital Communications Manager, you will:
Lead and manage We Get It’s marketing, communications, and digital channels
Create engaging content that tells our story and reflects our values
Manage social media campaigns and digital communications
Write clear, compassionate copy for a range of audiences, including supporters and donors
Support awareness-raising and fundraising initiatives
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has excellent storytelling and communication skills
Has experience managing social media channels and creating engaging content
Is confident writing empathetic, accessible copy
Brings sensitivity, empathy, and a willingness to learn about the experiences of the people we support
You don’t need previous charity sector experience — what matters most is your values, approach, and desire to make a difference.

Contract & Hours
Part-time: approximately 20 hours per week (flexible, to be agreed)
12-month fixed-term contract, with the ambition to extend
