A Celebration of volunteering

Our founder Laura and trustee Johanna were honoured to attend A Celebration of Volunteering.

Hosted by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Somerset, Mohammed Saddiq, this special event brought together charities, volunteers and community organisations from across Somerset to recognise the incredible contribution they make to the wellbeing of our communities.

It was a wonderful opportunity for members of the We Get It team to meet others doing brilliant work across the county and to recognise those who give so much of their time to support others and bring people together.

A huge thank you to Lord-Lieutenant Mohammed Saddiq and Deputy Lieutenant Alison Vowles for such a warm and memorable evening.
