Our partner skydive organiser is GoSkydive, a highly experienced and intensively trained team of licensed skydiving instructors, pilots, riggers and ground crew members.

The Skydive Experience

The venue is Old Sarum Airfield, Old Sarum, Salisbury SP4 6EB.

• Your day will start with an introduction and specialist training in a simulated training environment from an experienced tandem master.

• The friendly ground crew will kit you up in a tandem skydive jumpsuit and fit your safety harness.

• The safety check session also includes practicing your freefall and landing positions.

• Your personal instructor will escort you to the plan and get you secure inside.

• You’ll enjoy a scenic flight over the historical Wiltshire countryside, including the Iron Age hill fort of Old Sarum and even perhaps Stonehenge.

• Once at altitude, you and your instructor will begin your high adrenaline freefall, rushing towards the earth at about 125 miles and hour.

• Your instructor will deploy the parachute at 5000 feet, slowing your descent to about 30mph.

• You can then enjoy the quiet of the parachute ride before adopting the landing position you have practiced.

Participant Requirements

All skydivers must:

• Be 16 years or older

• If you are aged between 16 and 18 you will need a parent or legal guardian to sign to give their consent. 

• There is no upper age limit to skydiving, so as long as you’re reasonably fit and healthy then the team will have no problem taking you tandem skydiving.

Fundraising Target

Pay a registration deposit of £50 today (non-refundable), then raise a minimum of £750 for We Get It, in order to be able to proceed with the event.

To confirm your spot, follow these two steps:

  Pay your deposit, create your fundraising page and start collecting sponsorship.

• Step 2 – Complete your booking with GoSkydive
  After your booking is made, you’ll receive an email with a link to a booking form to confirm your booking details and return to us.

Your place will only be secured once both steps have been fully completed.
